Flamboyant porcelain coffee set for six persons, including 6 cups, 6 saucers, a creamer, a bowl and a coffee pot, painted with a colourful floral pattern on a lustre green ground, of the Art Nouveau style, by Noritake; antique Japanese early 1900s.

Products made in the Art Nouveau style are extremely elegant and easily recognisable. Forms inspired by the nature, flowing floral decoration and often asymmetrical shapes create an overall graceful composition. Even the everyday most useful items become works of art.

How to care
Avoid washing gilded and overglaze painted ceramics in a dishwasher. Tiny sand particles in the water will eventually make the decoration look dull.
How to care
Porcelain, ironstone and pottery are tough materials. Wash all ceramics normally in a warm water with a sponge. Be gentle with overglaze decorations.
