Opulent medium tea set trio with a teapot, creamer and a sugar bowl in sterling silver, of the Art Deco style with panelled pattern, by Adie Brothers; vintage English, hallmarked for Birmingham 1931.
Condition: some surface wear
The style of Art Deco was dominant in the 1920s, 30s and 40s. It originated in France, and is short for Arts Decoratifs, inspired by the 1925 Paris world fair «International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts». The style was dominant in architecture and the everyday design, including homewares and home decorations.

How to care
To polish lightly tarnished silver plated and silver surface, use silver polishing cloth. Polishing lightly but often makes cleaning much easier.
