Unusual bold design decanter in Victorian style with panelled decoration, of an ovoid shape set with a tall faceted neck and a spire stopper; antique English 19th century.

Products made in the traditional Victorian style are often recognisable because of their lavish decoration. The design mixes various sources of inspiration, but the prevalent decorative features are rich floral ornaments, scrolls and foliage, often applied all over the items.
