Pair of elegant sterling silver candlesticks of the Neo-Classical style with swags pattern, by Walker & Hall; antique English, hallmarked for London, the date letter is rubbed but probably 1901.
Condition: some surface wear, scratches
Neo-classical style looks back at and takes its design inspiration from the ancient Greece and Rome, and uses those elements in decoration. Most neo-classical items are defined by straight and clean lines, elegant repetitive floral patterns, floral garlands and gadrooning.

How to care
To polish lightly tarnished silver plated and silver surface, use silver polishing cloth. Polishing lightly but often makes cleaning much easier.
