View condition. Spectacular baluster shaped flower vase in porcelain, dark flow blue with gilded and enamelled highlights, two printed vignettes showing ladies on the balcony; antique Continental European, circa 1900.

How to care
Avoid washing gilded and overglaze painted ceramics in a dishwasher. Tiny sand particles in the water will eventually make the decoration look dull.
How to care
Porcelain, ironstone and pottery are tough materials. Wash all ceramics normally in a warm water with a sponge. Be gentle with overglaze decorations.
