Opulent Art Deco silver plated tea and coffee set, including a coffee pot, teapot, sugar bowl and creamer, with a minimalist gadrooned pattern; vintage English 1930s.
Condition: some surface wear, teapot dented and plating worn, shipped polished
The style of Art Deco was dominant in the 1920s, 30s and 40s. It originated in France, and is short for Arts Decoratifs, inspired by the 1925 Paris world fair «International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts». The style was dominant in architecture and the everyday design, including homewares and home decorations.

How to care
All our cutlery can be washed normally, including ivory, bone, antler and horn handles; silver and silver plated parts can be polished.
