Classical set of blue and white pottery tea cup and saucer by Copeland Spode’s decorated in the Italian pattern, vintage English, first half of the 20th century.
Condition: Vintage — some wear to the glaze, handle was professionally restored
Long Victorian period (1838−1901) spanned over an immensely prolific time in the history of art and design. It covers such great fashions as Gothic Revival, the Pre-Raphaelites, Aesthetic Movement, Expressionism, Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau. That was quite unlike any other period.

Pottery care
Porcelain, ironstone and pottery are tough materials. Wash all ceramics normally in a warm water with a sponge. Be gentle with overglaze decorations.
