Chicken table ornaments

A pair of silver plated table ornaments in the form of a chicken and a rooster figurines, antique English 1920s. Such table ornaments have been popular and widely used in the late 18th and throughout the 19th century England, later becoming exceptionally popular in the period of decadence of the 1920s-1930s.
Condition: In good condition
The famous novel The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald was written in 1925 and is set in the contemporary Art Deco period. The story perfectly catches the opulent lifestyle of the Roaring Twenties with its spectacular parties, also known as the Jazz Age.

How to care
