Unusual small whisky decanter of a square shape, in blown and cut glass, set with a hollow stopper; antique English late 19th century.

Products made in the traditional Victorian style are often recognisable because of their lavish decoration. The design mixes various sources of inspiration, but the prevalent decorative features are rich floral ornaments, scrolls and foliage, often applied all over the items.
